(July 2, 2019, 11:01 am)we went for a drive to londonderry and found floyds,very busy always a good sign,we were seated quickly,went up to carvery,had everything ,turkey roast ham beef veggies ,all sauces too ,gravy ,followed by chocolate pudding and ice cream to finnish off .plus cola and iced water total bill £24 ..excellent value ,great food and service,

(June 18, 2019, 2:31 am)We walked into the restaurant on Sunday (Fathers Day) at 5pm and asked for a table for 4 adults and 1 highchild the restaurant was not busy AT ALL. We got a table straight away – then had to wait 15 minutes for someone to take our order, food order that was we had to ask to order a drink!!! We got our drink soon enough we then waited around 55 minutes for our dinner, when the waitress arrived down with our food she placed every dish in front of my 2 year old son some of these plates were hot !!!! We had to ask for our extras as she must of forgotten them and again she placed a big jug of hot peppered sauce right infront of my son!!!!!!! We all finished our dinner which on a scale from 1-10 I would give it a 4 if EVEN, not one member of staff came near us to clear the table or ask if everything was ok, during our meal we were never asked if everything was ok!!!I wanted to complain at the time but my mum went ahead and paid the bill which was not worth the £95.00 that we were charged. This was a terrible experience for our family and I don’t think that we will ever return to this restaurant AGAIN

(April 4, 2019, 1:01 pm)I seriously couldnt fault Floyds food we got the £29.95 sirloin steak offer with a btl of wine for two and 3 side orders and 2 sauces all large portions. The service and food was just brilliant.
