Have not been here for a couple of years, but,if it has stayed anything like my las visit, a good pub, tons of space and holesome food
New name - Villa but same staff and what a disappointment! After listening to my friends on how disappointed they had been after their visit at the weekend, I thought I would see for myself.6 people in the building and staff still too busy talking to make eye contact with customers.Same guy working who was on Facebook showed him take the fruit out if the drinks to use again.New name, beautiful decor, staff issues!!
Shenanigan's meant club to me even if its club actuallly has another name - I used to get it mixed up back inthe ay when my kids were of partying age. Back to the restaurant, dark interiorwith flattering lighting, greatfood, attentive service and a bill which was truly honest. I was wrong, it had nothing to do with clubbing at all!
Good choice of menu. Attentive staff. Food is good. Nice atmosphere and great location. Would recommend very highly.
Went for a family lunch to Shenanigans today, staff were very attentive and food was excellent and very tasty
On looking at the menu, I spotted a seafood chowder which sounded good. We both ordered the chowder and enjoyed a drink while waiting. My wife had a glass of the house white wine, which she thought
Amazing seafood chowder filled by yummy lemon meringue and an excellent Irish coffee. Friendly helpful staff - couldn’t be happier.
Lovely meal last night- very attentive staff, and a gorgeous ribeye steak! Tender, juicy ribeye steak and cooked perfectly! Thanks
When the food finally arrived it was disappointing - my sister had fish & chips which was quite average but at least the portions were large and filling, my husband ordered a turkey dinner which was
Called in here just to get a quick bite too eat, well what can I say I had the rump steak sandwich, it was so tasty the rich favours the chips were lovely and everything cooked to perfection, all I can
My partner ordered a steak sandwich and myself the house burger. The impression I had was this burger was a wow. Sadly it really wasn't and certainly not the £9-£10 paid. It lacked a great taste sadly.
The food was amazing; I ordered the house burger, my wife had the seafood chowder and our son had the kids cod, the portion size was huge. Overall, shenanigans has exceeded our expectations. We will
The fish and chips are a must, as was the steak night, but there is more on the menu, especially when you take a look at the daily specials. Everyone is still talking about the pan seared scallops with
Asked Vicky to select a meal for me, steak sandwich, lovely, three of four different flavours, top marks Vicky. Thought the pricing about right. The overall decor is above average, then went to the gents,
Popped in for a quick snack at lunch time, all had fish and chips, fresh fish, crispy batter and piping hit chips. Very good indeed with sensible prices to boot
Our afternoon lunch soon turned into a early dinner, as we felt so relaxed we ended up having 3 courses, the sticky toffee pudding was to die for. Will most definitely be returning!!!!
The sticky toffee pudding was great, served with a whack of ice-cream and a lovely toffee sauce. Great night out folks. We shall return to shenanigans to indulge many more times am sure and highly recommend
Was informed that there is a new head chef who had only started the week we were here and it did seem he was playing round with the menu as I had the sticky toffee pudding twice and it doubled in size
We had the Ribeye steak with a Pinot. Peaceful atmosphere and overall the best dining experience we have had in Northern Ireland.
